One-Time Volunteer Opportunities
Saint Louis University’s Center for Social Action promotes many forms of community engagement, from episodic service to more in-depth involvement. This list of one-time volunteer opportunities will help SLU students, faculty or staff make a difference based on your schedule and interests. Many are perfect for groups.
April
Feeding Families Program
What: Volunteers are needed to help deliver ready-to-eat or ready-to-heat meals to families
with young children who are food insecure, through this program sponsored by the SLU
School of Social Work. Volunteers receive training.
When: 10:30 a.m. - Noon, Fridays throughout April (April 3, 10, 17, 24)

What: Volunteers are needed for our Arbor Day Tree Planting event, helping our Forestry
Team remove dead trees and plant/mulch new ones.

people know about employment opportunities.
